Beautiful English Roses Birthday TopperCompleted by Darlene Handorff

Printed on a good matte photo paper and cut out the main pattern. I added a little bling to the corner swirls and darkened around the top right flowers to give it a faux layered look. I used some decoupage pieces on the inside panels and a pretty paper

for the birthday sentiment. Also using them on the envelope for this card. So feminine, I know I will be using this pattern a lot as it is perfect just to print out and attach to a card when you need a really nice card fast for a special lady.
