I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to green card, then on to a white embossed card. Added buttons from my button box, and gems in coordinating colours. The extra panel can be used on an insert or as a small topper. A greeting adds the finishing touch.
A very pretty design, lovely clean fresh colours.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I added a variety of buttons to make flowers, some blue rhinestones, then used some diamond stickles to accent background
