Oval Owl Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Angela MacWillson

After printing onto matt photo paper I cut it out and made up the simple decoupage using sticky pads. The card blank was a purple marbled card - I attached the oval topper to the centre using sticky dots.

The corners were stamped with versamark and heat embossed using WOW white snow embossing powder. I highlighted the inner oval with black seed beads and black flat back pearls alternated. The centre of the flowers were decorated with white pearls or red gems, and I added a couple of tiny cream buttoms with narrow white ribbon threaded through them.

The eyebrows were heat embossed with clear embossing powder
