I Smell Cake! A5 Birthday TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the topper to a blue textured card. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage. I found tiny buttons in my craft stash and stuck them to the ends of the bunting. A delightful design.
