Cute Little Mouse Card Topper + Decoupage Layers
I created this kit using a darling mouse image by Diane Carubia from Di's Digis. The kit includes a 4 X 6 card topper, main card panel and optional decoupage layers.
Here's a suggestion to make the card pop and create some extra dimension. Use foam pads under the main card panel and decoupage layers.

I printed onto matte photo paper, and matted to foiled card. I then attached this to a cardblank covered with a pretty silver sparkly stars card using dst. I built up the picture with thin foam. I used stickles glitter to highlight the icing decorations and ribbon details, used wink of stella also on ribbon and party hat. Finished with 3 pearlescent white flower embellishments and tied and attached a double bow of fuchsia and silver organza in one corner.
A super cute little birthday mouse design, it's very appealing!
