Cat in Mug Birthday TopperCompleted by Lyn Hughes

I printed the image onto good quality photo paper and cut out all of the pieces. I layered up the design with foam pads. I found a lovely co-ordinating backing paper and attached to a white square card. To finish I added the sentiment and foam brads.
