I have used these topper on an 8" x 8" card. I first of all ran off a background on a digital kit. I then cut out tags and background.

I mounted the background on some foam pads to give depth and then attached the tags with paper fasteners to give movement.

This can easily be adapted to twin boys and also twin girls if required.
