I printed the file onto 160 gsm decoupage paper.

I scored and folded a tentfold card approx 15cmx19cm and punched a lace edge to the right underside and trimmed a straight front edge so the lace peeped out.I covered the front with a lavender pink satin paper and added a straight silver glitter border along the sides.I attached the two hearts overlapping with DST and edged the small heart with silver stickles.I decoupaged with foam pads, added a greeting and toning lace effect bow(cup 548821_2013) with thin foam.

I made up the sweet little shoes as explained.I found it a bit fidly, but they look so cute. I added a fine white border all round the sole and used pale pink flower gems as buckles.

I added silver hand outlines in 2 corners,touches of yellow stickles to the flowers, a lavender pink insert panel and pale green pearls to the lace edge.

A beautiful topper design that can be used in many different ways.
