Cat and Mousetopper - BlueCompleted by Judith Flavel

This card was made from the Topper sheet ref jfcatmouseblue, printed on matt card. The layers are separated by 1mm foam pads, and I added some Stickles glitter glue - dark blue on the noses and eyes, diamond on the stars.

The toppers were layered onto white card embossed with the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder, then onto blue cards. Finishing touches are blue gingham ribbon bows and some silver peeloffs coloured with blue peeloff pen.
