I used a pink twister shaped card from my stock. I printed and cut out one set of the designs.

I made a smaller circle using pale silver card and fixed it to the centre circle and then decoupaged the teddy bear onto that circle adding white fun flock to the pom-pom and edge of the hat , with white sparkle and silver peel offs finish.
