New Baby Girl PramCompleted by Janice Saunders

Covered a 7x10 white fancy edged card with a pink swirl patterned backing paper. Stuck the topper to the card with DST. Decoupaged the pieces with 1mm foam pads.

Placed Lilac gems in the flower wheels & pink gems to small flowers on the pram with a heart gem on the larger flower.

Added a pink hand & foot from my stash & a label from a CD I had.
