Mother and Baby Girl TopperCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cu tout and attached base to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with lilac organza ribbon and bow down spine and lilac gems to corners.

A beautiful design, ideal for a new baby girl.
