It's a Girl Sweet TeddyCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white A5 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

There is a matching insert to this card (cup676731_1056) which I placed inside to finish the card.
