Congratulations Baby Girl with Decoupage BitsCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements. I used a deep pink card for this design. I used DST to attach the main front onto card. Using foam tape I attached the Decoupage elements. I used bling and Glitter on the different panels.

I used bright pink bling on the Pacifier and glitter around the handle. The rest were decorated around the lines of each piece. This is a beautiful and Easy card to make. Very effective as well.
