Printed on good quality paper twice and cut out. This time I used only that upper tag, so I layered it with second print. Taped two different size papers to make a matching background. Taped those on pale cream square cardstock.

Glued pink babyribbon on the card and attached topper to it's place. Finished with three pink hearts that I glued ti their placeo
