I resized the sheet so that I had two sets of tags and printed onto smooth paper, I then decoupaged the little girls. I made a side stepper card out of light lilac card and attached the tags with foam pads, I added the flowers using silicone glue around the card and ribbon bows to the top of the tags

I finished off with a happy birthday banner attached using two lilac heart brads.
