I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attched base to large square scalloped edge card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads, and pink bubble drops round plate and down outer corners and finished with pink organza ribbon and bow down spine.
A really beautiful card, also able to stand as a plate design.
