Congratulations a Baby Boy

This was very easy to make.

I just cut the backing to size and covered the white card leaving a small edge I then cut out and attatched the border throught the middle I then cut out the topper (I only used the middle but you can use all if you wanted) and attatched all using micro dots.

I then cut out the congatulations oval and attatched with foam pads. I added a small amount of glitter to the duck. (From start to finish took less than 5 mins)
