I keep getting asked to do some easy cutting toppers for those who are struggling with fussy cutting. This is as simple as it gets but look really effective when finished. Decoupage layers and loads of sentiments included.

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to silver squared matt mirri card, then to pale turquoise card, then to a square white card, added toppers and decoupage with foam pads and finished with a baby's rattle.
A gorgeous cute design.
