I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Attached the base image to a DL sized white card and decoupaged the bootees using foam pads. Edged the white frame with dark blue narrow peel off edging.

Along the bottom I also added a ribbon with 'It's a boy' on it. Added white pompoms and blue glitter to the bootees and also silver glitter to the centres of the flowers.
