The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a white linen card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of blue card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel. I used embellishments, gems, card candy and peeloffs.

I also used an embossed ribbon to decorate.
