I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 deckled edged card. I attached design Metallic Damask Embossed Backing Paper, cUp 47996_359 to the card using double sided tape.

I added one of the toppers and sentiments to the card using thin foam tape.
