I copied this design to white silk finished card stock, hand cut the elements. I decided not to frame this image so I cut the card stock to fit and then applied the decoupage

using double sided foam pads. I used the birthday greeting from a choice of greetings with the design. I applied Glossy Accents to the bubbles and birds and

butterflies. Accented the middle of the flowers with two shades of yellow gel pen. Added a blank insert.

The beautiful design has wonderful soft shades and tones which blend together, giving a peaceful, calming image for the recipient. It can be used for a number of occasions, an excellent

image for a retiring nature lover, or someone who feels under the weather.
