I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

What a sweet design - printed and cut out and made up as required - attached design to a backing of pale green embossed card which I had fancy edged first and then attached to my card - just added a matching green spotted bow and one of the supplied greetings to complete.
