The sentiment tags say,
Just For You
Best Wishes
With Love
This would make a great card, if you wanted to surprise that special some one with travel tickets just make and add them to the inside,
It would also an excellent card for the person who is a bird lover, or just a reminder that summer is just around the corner, for some one with the winter doldrums.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I made a border down the side of the card and attached the greeting using thin foam tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I printed om glossy card. added layers with foam squares, added micro beads to the sand, gems on the stars, a black gem for the eye and used glossy accents on the bubbles and stones.
