The base image was added to a panel of dark green card then matted it to a pale blue card blank.Built the decoupage and then used glamour dust to edge the clouds and highlight the water ripples.
Glossy accents were added to the owls "eyebrows" talons and the bullrushes.
A simple foiled sentiment finished this card
