First I printed on a good quality of paper, here glossy. Then cut the flowers out and layered with 3D pads. Decorate it with gems. Lovely and a easy card to make.

Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a beautiful design.
