Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements.
Attached the backing paper and sentiment strip with d/s tape then attached base picture to a slightly bigger piece of black card with d/s tape. Attached this to the main card with foam pads. I then attached the sentiment tabs with foam pads to finish.
