Owl Portrait with Blue Flower DecoupageCompleted by Christine Sutton

Printed onto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto an 8x8 cream base card. I outlined using gold peel off corners and borders. All pieces were shaped and layers built up using silicone glue.

I added black glitter to the flowers and finished with one of the sentiments provided and 3 vintage buttons. A super design which is easily made and looks lovely when complete-love it.l
