Mock Envelope Topper - Cracking Good EasterCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright
OccasionThis cute and cheerful chick in a mock envelope is very appealing and simple to make following the easy instructions included on the CUP sheet.
I printed the image on Crafty Bob's glossy photo paper, plus a 2nd main image for additional decoupage of chick and eggs.
I cut out all the parts and decoupaged with foam pads following the instructions given, adding a few yellow feathers to the top shell piece.
I chose a bright green textured 6"x6" horizontal fold card, and attached a square of pretty pink and white dotted backing paper at an angle.
I then added the chick envelope topper with DSST so that part of the flap was over the edge.
To embellish I added 2 tiny lilac bows to the "Have a Cracking Easter" tag with mini glue dots, and a cheeky brown felt die cut rabbit to the lower left corner as a finishing touch.
