Hawk Leaf Card Top with Wine Bottle Tag & Decoupage
This is a card top that has a background of leaves with a hawk on a stump, and
a matching wine bottle tag.
Just cut around the tag and the hole,
and score on the dotted line and slip it onto the wine bottle.
I have added a variety of sentiment Tags.

I printed the Hawk onto glossy photo paper and cut out the pieces.
I attached a line of feather ribbon to the back bottom of the hawk square and then the Hawk centered with DST to a cup backing Christmas tweets finch backing Cup134990_442.
Then attached this to a green textured rectangle and layered again onto dark metallic green card stock. Folded and layered again for strength both inside and out. Last I added the hawk decoupages with foam dimensional and gave the hawk ?feather ribbon? around his feet and backside. The Thank You was added and can be changed out easily to another greeting.
