Cute Owl Toppers with DecoupageCompleted by Katie Silver

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper and cut out the elements. I mounted the base images onto 20 x 8cm cards and added the layers to each using sticky pads. I completed each card with clear-silver peel off borders.
