I printed onto smooth white card then cut out,having matted a blank card with a co-ordinating textured card I added the base design then added the decoupage with foam pads,I completed this lovely design by adding a blue gemstone to the peacocks eye and co-ordinating ribbon to the side.Really different and suitable for many occasions.
