Blue Swan Song with Decoupage
This lovely topper features a beautiful white swan and her cygnet on the water, and is embellished with gorgeous blue roses.
It has decoupage, four greetings to choose from and a blank greetings tile. The greetings are birthday wishes, best wishes, with love and mum.

Printed the sheet and a copy of the picture on gloss card. I cut out the center circle of the copy and added as the first layer using foam squares for all elements.
I added glitter to the edge of the circle and sentiment also on the outer circle then white glitter to highlight the swans.
I printed on to matte photo paper at a slightly reduced size. Mounted the topper on to a 5x7 card. Placed a string of pearls around the frame and then layered all elements. Added glitter to the reflection, a greeting and a dragonfly.
This is a beautiful design and will suit a variety of occasions.
