Blue Birds & Pink Flowers Card Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

There are many sentiments on this sheet so I have placed them inside the cello bag so that my customer has a choice.

The insert reads With Love & Best Wishes.
