It has an extra frame to decoupage onto the main image.

Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out. Matted to purple card stock using d.s.t. Cut out the extra frame to form decoupage at each corner, layered using d.s.Foam Tape. Added peel-off corners and side swirls. Inserted a Birthday greeting.
A card rich in colour and very attractive, especially to those people who love birds.
After printing the sheet on a good quality of paper, I cut out the elements and build it up with 3D foams.
Use a tag from a diecut, and placed a danish "tillykke" - means congratulations in it. Ddecorate extra with pearls and corners.
