Enchanting Owl Toppers 2Completed by Chell Sharpe

I printed off 2 of the sheets onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base layer onto gold holo card, then a wide mat of copper foiled paper & used DST to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used lot's of Stickles to add lot's of sparkle. I finished with peel off corners to the wide frame.
