A very quick and easy card to make. The image was printed onto good quality card and the layers were cut out and decoupaged using 3d foam. The topper was then attached to a blank pale blue 7x5" card.
A thin piece of spotted paper was used to create a paper ribbon and a greeting was attached to complete the card.
Very quick to make.
