The backing strips were added to the white card, I cut the narrower one to fit the length of the card, peel offs were then added along these strips.
The topper and text were mounted on to cracked ice mirri and added using foam pads, then the decoupage layer was added.
The cats eyes were high lighted using glossy accents to finish.
