I printed this sheet twice on to glossy photo paper, so I could make two cards with decoupage on them.

I added happy birthday on the sentiment panel before I printed.

I added the image on to a white A5 card using DST, then added the decoupage and sentiment with glue gel.

Decorated with self adhesive gems to finish.
