I printed the first of these pictures on matte card, printing the sheet a second time, wet glued the first picture to a blank base card then cut out the tag and sentiment from the second picture and used foam squares to add as decoupage, I used silver glitter on the edge of the tag and sentiment and to highlight the stripes at the top and bottom then to finish I used Glossy Accents on the eyes and the pearls.

I repeated the base construction the same for the second picture but from the extra print I cut out the tag and the bottom portion of the card with the sentiment. then finished the same way.
