Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. Attached the base picture towards the top of the main card with d/s tape. Then added the sentiment tabs and blue strip also with d/s tape. Finished off the card by adding all the decoupage pieces with foam pads.
I put the blue strip near the bottom to personalise if needed.
