Ballerina Bear Card Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out the elements, and used DST to attach the Topper to a white card. Used Foam Pads to attach Decoupage. I stuck yellow gems in the middle of the flowers. I used Purple glitter and crystal glitter on aspects of the card.

I stuck a small crystal flower on the corners of card. A sweet Design, it was a pleasure to make this card.
