Yorkie Angel Card Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Jayne Taplin

The image was printed onto good quality decoupage paper then cut out using Scan n Cut and scissors. I cut a strip off the top layer of an 8x8 card then used dark pink and light pink card to mat and layer.

The layers were decoupaged and attached using 3D foam pads. I then die cut some floral flourishes in matching card and attached them to the strip. Finally I added gems to the greeting, glitter to the flowers and glossy accents to the eyes and nose of the Yorkie.

A beautiful card which is suitable for many occasions.
