Welcome New Home Dog Toppers 2 to a SheetCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. Using one of the toppers I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I made an easel base from some card stock in my craft room and I attached the design to this using double sided tape.

I added a stopper for the easel card using thin foam tape.
