I printed out the design onto some good quality matte photo paper, then cut out all of the elements. I matte and layered the main bit of the design onto some embossed yellow card then attached both to a 6" x 6" grey card blank.
I decopauged the smaller bits using silicone glue. I added some gems and holly for decoration.
