Being a 'Doggy' person this design instantly jumped out at me and I have the perfet recipient for this particular card!
I printed the design onto 200gsm glossy photo paper, cut it our and edged the design with silver holographic border peeloffs.
I then mounted the design onto a flocked plum coloured 300gsm card. I mounted a 4 cm wide 'band' of embossed blue card across the base of the main card, added a lilac satin ribbon and mounted a pretty Happy Birthday sentiment banner ontop. t finish off, I placed mini chrome 'pearls' on the ribbon and minute silver dots around the design.
I think my friend will really like this!!
