Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements, and using DST I attached the Topper to a White card. Used foam Pads to build up the design and the sentiment which I stuck to the Bottom of the Topper.
I then stuck a Burgundy Bow on top of sentiment. A great design that makes into a great card.
