Gossip Girls Puppy Card TopperCompleted by Ann Ramsell- Panniescrafts

I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper.

Cut out all the elements and assembled the topper onto the centre of a 5 x 7 card blank.I used light pink ribbon to create a border around the topper and then with glue dots stuck a pink and cream paper flour in each corner.

I used two of the sentiments included to finish.
