I made a fold back card using an A4 piece of pale blue pearl card, then added vellum to the back part of the card.
The topper was mounted on to sparkly silver mirri with foam pads on the reverse, this was then put on to blue and silver mirri then fixed to the card front by adding adhesive to just half of the topper.
I finished off by adding some peel offs, a text, blue gem and I made a little red bow for the westies hair.
